About me
Born and raised in Ireland, I moved to London in 2001 to pursue my passion for dance and trained at London Studio Centre. Studying and working as a professional dancer with my fair share of injury ignited my passion for physiotherapy which I pursued in 2012 at the University of East London, graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy.
I began my career as resident physiotherapist for Disney’s The Lion King UK & Ireland touring production before becoming resident physiotherapist for War Horse, in London’s West End. I have worked as a Dance & Performance specialist physiotherapist in Harley Street and Kings Cross ever since, helping professional performers, dancers, actors musicians, and vocalists manage the challenges of their craft.
With over a decade of clinical experience, I combine specialist knowledge of performance with a broad musculoskeletal physiotherapy background. My approach is thorough, practical and individualised, with a strong focus on understanding the underlying factors contributing to your injury, building physical and mental resilience and giving patients the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in their recovery.
Alongside my work in dance and performance, I have developed particular clinical interests in running-related injuries and women’s health, completing postgraduate training in both. I enjoy working with people at every stage of their physical journey, from managing pain and recovery from injury to building strength, preventing recurrence and preparing you for life beyond physiotherapy.
